Hourly Bookkeeping Rate: $80/hour | Training Rate: $95/hour

Time & Billing: Entry of billable time and client costs. Process weekly/monthly client statements. Task-based and electronic billing.

Trust Accounting: Timely reconcile and maintain accurate client trust account ledgers according to the Washington State Bar guidelines.

Accounts Payable: Entry and payment of all vendor invoices. Posting of client costs to client ledgers.

Accounts Receivable: Manage cash receipts to ensure accurate Accounts receivable. Follow up on the collection of outstanding invoices including resubmitting invoices to clients as needed.

Account Reconciliations: Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly. Including all applicable asset and liability accounts.

General Ledger: Maintain accurate income and expense, asset & Liability records. Produce real-time financial statements.

Payroll Processing: Manage your payroll and maintain your payroll records. Prepare and file all federal and state payroll taxes.

Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Taxes: Prepare and file all State and City (local) Revenue taxes for the State of Washington.
